Welcome to my website, and my life.

These pages contain samples of over twenty years of material, both from my ministry career, and my coaching and consulting practice. At the heart of everything I do is a call for us to be real, in all our messiness and glory, or as Ronald Rolheiser so eloquently states,

to encourage us to embrace both "the muck and the grace" of

our work and our communities.

I created this website as an offering to beloved colleagues, to help us and our communities to fully embrace and integrate both our humanity and our divinity. It is my hope that you feel well-served by these offerings and use them to support those that you love and serve.
